This instrument is in very good condition. Leo Posch is a Local builder out of Mclouth Kansas that makes quality Guitars. This guitar in particular is based off of the Martin OM body style. It produces a very consistent tone from string to string, and is still very resonant for having a smaller body. It has a spruce top with mahogany Back and sides. Action is at 5 & 1/2 64ths on the bass side and 4 64ths on the treble side, with a healthy amount of saddle life left. There is minimal fret wear and plays very smoothly. Comes with hard shell Guardian case.
