The Harmony Comet is a semi-hollowbody guitar that combines a unique look and feel with a versatile sound. Drawing inspiration from vintage Harmony guitars, it has a carved mahogany top and back with laminate mahogany sides. The set-in mahogany neck (a first for the new generation of Harmony instruments) is carved into a super comfortable "C" neck profile. Topped with a 12-inch rosewood fingerboard and 25-inch scale, the neck feels just right for almost any playing style. It's loaded with a pair of custom-wound, gold-foil humbucking pickups. Powered by Alnico III magnets, these pickups can yield anything from a smooth blues clean sound to a textured tone with plenty of bite. And to protect it from damage on the way to and from the gig, the Harmony Comet comes with a MONO Vertigo gig bag.
